Report through two tracks at once: CİMER (ALO 150 or cimer.gov.tr) to trigger official action, and a formal criminal complaint (şikayet / suç duyurusu) at the Public Prosecutor's office or nearest police station. Report the fraudulent website to USOM to get it blocked.
